Chrono Neko
Chrono Neko is a 2D puzzle platformer game where you a cat called Susan who can freeze time for 15 seconds. Your goal is to unlock the door that progress to the next level while avoiding generic video game traps and solve puzzles.
Controls
left & right arrow buttons - Move
down arrow button - Release balloon
Z - Jump
X - Freeze / Unfreeze time
R - Restart
I developed this game for the Nokia 33310 Game Jam 6, hope you guys love it.

Sorry for answering, although I am not the author of this game. Judging by the loading of the game at the beginning, it was made in Unity
